Employees Only Singapore is the Amoy Street outpost of the New York cocktail bar and restaurant Employees Only. The Singapore venue opened in June 2016 as the brand’s second outpost and first international branch, led by original New York partner Igor Hadzismajlovic with local and regional partners. It keeps the neo-speakeasy format, with a fortune-teller-style entrance, Art Deco accents, a curved bar and a back dining room for dinner, drinks and late-night service. The menu includes Employees Only classic cocktails, Singapore signatures using local and regional flavours, wines, beers, bar snacks and a dinner menu with small plates, burgers, pasta, steak and fried chicken.
