The property retained parts of the older building fabric, including original staircases, windows and grilles, while adding shared facilities such as kitchens, lounge areas, outdoor seating, a plunge pool and spaces for resident activities. It was suitable for students, interns and young professionals who wanted furnished accommodation with a community element. The important update is that Hmlet Cantonment has since been renamed Habyt Cantonment following Hmlet’s merger with Habyt.
