Mr. Stork is the alfresco rooftop bar at Andaz Singapore, located on level 39 above the Bugis and Kampong Glam area. The bar is built around 360-degree city views, tropical landscaping and 10 teepee huts that give small groups semi-private seating. Its official Hyatt listing describes it as a rooftop drinking and dining spot, with smart casual dress code and evening opening hours that run later on Fridays and Saturdays. Compared with Marina Bay rooftops, the perspective is more neighbourhood-to-skyline, which makes it a strong alternative for sunset drinks.
Mr. Stork feels more relaxed than many high-rise hotel bars, largely because the alfresco layout and teepee huts make it feel like a rooftop garden. The 360-degree view is genuinely useful - you get Bugis, Kampong Glam, the CBD and Marina Bay from different angles. It is a good date or small-group venue, especially at sunset. The trade-off is that Singapore weather matters here, and the coveted huts are not something to leave to chance.
