Its Direct plans include Basic, Enhanced and Supreme tiers for Singapore travellers, with overseas medical limits from S$100,000 to S$2,000,000 for travellers under 70. Enhanced and Supreme plans include unlimited evacuation coverage, post-travel medical treatment in Singapore and stronger trip disruption benefits. Digital claims and 24/7 emergency travel assistance are part of the service model.
Travel Guard is best suited to travellers who prioritise medical depth and global assistance over bargain pricing. Zurich's backing gives the product a more stable footing after the AIG travel business transition, and the Supreme plan is relevant for expensive healthcare destinations such as the US, Europe and Japan.
