Tiong Bahru Bakery is a Singapore bakery and cafe brand that opened its first store in 2012 at 56 Eng Hoon Street. The brand now has outlets across Singapore, including Orchard, Raffles City, Cluny Court, Chip Bee Gardens, Woodleigh, Serangoon Gardens, Fort Canning, VivoCity, Tiong Bahru, Tampines, Siglap, Joo Chiat and JEM. Its menu centres on French-style viennoiserie, pastries, breads, coffee, tea and cafe dishes, with items such as croissants, kouign-amann, pain au chocolat, sourdough loaves, tarts, choux, salads and sandwiches.
