Zén is a fine-dining restaurant by Swedish chef Björn Frantzén, located in a three-floor shophouse at 41 Bukit Pasoh Road. The restaurant opened in Singapore in 2018 and serves a fixed tasting-menu experience rooted in Nordic cuisine with Japanese influences. Its official site lists 23 seats, lunch and dinner service from Tuesday to Saturday, and a dining experience planned at about 3.5 hours. Current published menu pricing is SGD 395++ for lunch and SGD 580++ for dinner, with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage pairings available. Zén has held three Michelin stars since 2021 and is part of Frantzén Group, alongside Frantzén in Stockholm and FZN in Dubai. The restaurant’s official site states it is closed from 2 June for a period of renewal.
